Using the Invoice Generator
Can I add my own logo?
The generator produces a clean, typographic layout rather than an image-based one, so there is no logo upload. In practice the business name, address, and invoice number carry the identifying weight on an invoice, and a plain professional layout is accepted everywhere. If you need branded stationery, generate the PDF and place it into your own letterhead template.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Use your browser's print dialog — Ctrl+P on Windows and Linux, Cmd+P on a Mac — and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination rather than a printer. Set margins to default and scale to 100% so the layout is not compressed. This produces a genuine PDF, not a screenshot, so the text remains selectable and searchable for whoever receives it.
Can I edit an invoice after I have generated it?
Nothing is stored, so there is no saved copy to reopen. Re-enter the details and generate a fresh document. If you are correcting an invoice you have already sent, do not silently reissue it under the same number — issue a new invoice with a new number and reference the original, or issue a credit note. Two different documents circulating with the same invoice number is the single most reliable way to create a payment dispute.
What tax rate should I enter?
Whatever rate you are registered to charge in your jurisdiction, which we cannot determine for you. Sales tax, VAT and GST rules differ by country, by state, by what you are selling, and sometimes by where your client is rather than where you are. If you are unsure whether you should be charging tax at all, that is a question for your tax authority or an accountant before you send the invoice, not after.
Using the QR Code Maker
Will my QR code expire?
No. The code is a static encoding of whatever you typed — the destination is written into the pattern itself. There is no redirect service in between and no account that could lapse, so a printed code keeps working indefinitely. The corollary is that you cannot change where it points after printing. If the destination might move, point the code at a URL you control and manage the redirect at your end.
Why is my code not scanning?
Almost always one of four things: it was printed too small for the amount of data it carries, it was enlarged from a low-resolution bitmap and is now blurry, there is not enough blank space around it, or contrast is poor because it was printed light-on-dark or over a photograph. Download the SVG rather than screenshotting the code, keep a clear margin, and print dark on light.
What size should I print it?
About one inch square is a reasonable minimum for a short URL at arm's length. Longer text produces a denser grid that needs more room. As a rough rule, the code should be about a tenth of the distance it will be scanned from — a poster read from ten feet needs roughly a foot of code.
Using the Bio Creator
Is the output written by AI?
No. The bio creator assembles your inputs into tested sentence structures according to the tone you pick. Nothing is sent to a language model and nothing leaves your browser. The result is a solid first draft with your own facts in it — you should still edit it so it sounds like you.
How long should a professional bio be?
Keep three lengths. Around fifty words for a conference programme or article byline, about a hundred for a website or LinkedIn summary, and up to two hundred for a proposal or speaker page. Write the longest one first and cut down; trimming is far easier than padding.

Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email capture, and no free tier that becomes paid later. Nothing on this site requires you to identify yourself.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. Every tool runs as JavaScript in your browser and there is no server-side storage. Closing the tab discards everything you entered.
Can I use these for commercial work?
